ECR Group Co-Chairmen support restoration of the rule of law in Poland

Following the news that the President of the Constitutional Tribunal in Poland has filed a notice to the public prosecutor's office against Prime Minister Donald Tusk and his government on the offense of acting in an organised criminal group with the aim of attacking the state system, the ECR Group Co-Chairmen fully support the ongoing investigation to clarify the charges.
