The Co-Chairmen of the European Conservatives and Reformists have congratulated Roberta Metsola on her re-election as President of the European Parliament.

The Group had already announced in advance that it would support Metsola with a large majority.

Co-Chairman Nicola Procaccini said: “I congratulate Roberta Metsola and look forward to continuing our excellent cooperation. Roberta is very much appreciated in our group”.

Co-Chairman Joachim Brudzinski said: “My congratulations to Roberta Metsola. We look forward to continuing to work with her. As a mediator between the political camps, she is in the right place as President of the Parliament”.
