The European Conservatives and Reformists (ECR) Group in the European Parliament has welcomed to its ranks MEPs Diego Solier Fernández and Nora Junco García from Spain.
Both join the Group as individual members. Their arrival strengthens the ECR Group’s commitment to economic freedom, sovereignty, lean government, and good governance. The addition brings the total number of MEPs in the ECR, the fourth-largest political group in the European Parliament, to 80.
Diego Solier Fernández is a technical engineer in computer systems. He holds a master’s degree inbusiness administration, and has a diploma inproject management. His career spans significant experience in the technology sector. Currently, he serves as head of IT infrastructure and director of support in an international company.
Nora Junco García is a businesswoman and entrepreneur who has successfully managed companies in the property development, hotel, and creative production sectors. Her leadership and innovation bring a fresh perspective to the Group.
Nicola Procaccini, Co-Chairman of the ECR Group, highlighted the importance of these new appointments: “We’re delighted to welcome Diego Solier and Nora Junco García to our Group. They bring not only valuable expertise but also a clear vision for a strong and free Europe. Their membership will undoubtedly enrich our work in the European Parliament.
