17th - 21st February: Trans-European Energy Networks (TEN-E) and the Exhibition 'Immortal Truth'
Trans-European Energy Networks (TEN-E)
On Tuesday, the ITRE committee will vote on a resolution for a Revision of the guidelines for trans-European energy infrastructure.
The Trans-European Energy Networks (TEN-E) Regulation identifies priority corridors and thematic areas of trans-European energy infrastructure, providing guidelines for the selection of Projects of Common Interest (PCIs). The ECR is concerned that the revision could be used as a pretext to exclude natural gas projects from its scope. The ECR also opposes any attempts to disrespect the existing legal order.

The exhibition “Immortal Truth” will take place in the presence of the families of Daphne Caruana Galizia and Ján Kuciak, who will share their stories. An art installation, dedicated to the two journalists, will be offered to the European Parliament with a kind request that it be permanently exhibited at the entrance of the European Parliament’s Pressroom as a commemorative reminder.
