17th - 21st February: Trans-European Energy Networks (TEN-E) and the Exhibition 'Immortal Truth'

Trans-European Energy Networks (TEN-E)

On Tuesday, the ITRE committee will vote on a resolution for a Revision of the guidelines for trans-European energy infrastructure.

The Trans-European Energy Networks (TEN-E) Regulation identifies priority corridors and thematic areas of trans-European energy infrastructure, providing guidelines for the selection of Projects of Common Interest (PCIs). The ECR is concerned that the revision could be used as a pretext to exclude natural gas projects from its scope. The ECR also opposes any attempts to disrespect the existing legal order.
