During Green Week, from 14 - 18 April, MEPs will be working in their constituencies. Parliamentary business will resume on 22 April. The ECR Group would like wish everyone a Happy Easter.

PETI fact-finding visit to Austria

From 14 to 16 April 2025, Members of the Committee on Petitions will conduct a fact-finding visit to Austria in response to several petitions concerning the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and the challenges associated with wolf population management. ECR PETI Coordinator Kosma Złotowski and ECR Environment Committee member Beatrice Timgren will participate in the mission, which will be led by ECR MEP and Chair of the PETI Committee, Bogdan Rzońca. Over the course of the three-day visit, the delegation will engage with affected citizens, policymakers, and stakeholders to assess the impact of the EUDR and examine the implications of wolf population management on farming.
