Continuation of the ECR Group’s European Tour: “Europe’s Future: A New Hope”. Seventh stop: Vilnius

On Wednesday, the ECR Group’s seventh live broadcast on Europe’s Future will be held in Vilnius, Lithuania. This time, the focus is on the concept of a Europe of homelands and the need for a return to Christian values. From the very beginning, the European Union has made use of Christian symbols and values in public life. The aim was for Europe to develop peacefully in the post-war period. We hold that it’s vital that Christian values retain their importance in European politics.

Live-streamed in 5 languages on the ECR Group’s YouTube channel, the live broadcast “Europe’s Future: A New Hope, Vilnius” will feature ECR Group Co-Chairman Raffaele Fitto, President of the ECR Institutional Policy Working Group Prof Zdzisław Krasnodębski, ECR MEPs Zbigniew Kuźmiuk and Patryk Jaki, and members of the Lithuanian Parliament from the Electoral Action of Poles party in Lithuania.

ECR Eurolat Webinar: The far left destroying democratic successes in Latin America - The cases of Chile and Colombia

On Tuesday, the ECR Eurolat Policy Group will hold a webinar with important figures who have witnessed first-hand the current attacks on Chilean democracy, and now the looting and riots in Colombia.

Speakers: Hermann Tertsch (ECR MEP), Carlo Fidanza (ECR MEP), Axel Kaiser (Chilean lawyer, president of Foundation for Progress Think Tank), Daniel Raisbeck (Conservative Party of Colombia and founder of Libertarian Movement) and Fernanda Cabal (Colombian senator).
