Friday November 7 @ 18:00 CET
A series of debates on the European Union organised by the European Conservatives and Reformists Group.
The ECR Group invites students from Poland’s largest cities to join “Convince Me – The Europe of the Future: A Series of Debates on the European Union” – five public discussions dedicated to exploring the EU’s role today and in the years ahead.
Each event consists of a two-hour debate divided into two parts:
• Part I: a 30-minute conversation between an MEP and an invited opponent,
• Part II: a 90-minute open discussion with the audience.
It’s a unique opportunity to take a closer look at how the European Union works, discover different perspectives, and ask questions directly to those shaping European policy.
Debate topic: The impact of EU policies on the development of member states’ capitals – challenges of urban growth within the European Union.
Speakers:
• Daniel Obajtek, ECR MEP, PL
• Jan Śpiewak, publicist
moderated by Szymon Stachowiak.
When: Friday, 7 November @ 18:00
Where: Concert Hall, Mała Warszawa, ul. Otwocka 14, 03-759 Warsaw
