On Wednesday 17 April, Chair of the ECR's Three Seas Initiative Friendship Group, MEP Witold Waszczykowski and Chair of the Law and Justice Delegation in the European Parliamen, MEP Dominik Tarczyński will host a public hearing on the Three Seas Initiative.

​In the context of the Three Seas Initiative, this public hearing will focus on regional integration and resilient infrastructure for civilian and military purposes.

The Three Seas area includes 12 EU countries located between the Baltic, the Adriatic and the Black Sea who cooperate with one another. This cooperation is mostly focused on the construction of shared infrastructure, as well as on the creation of international connections along the north-south line in Europe.

Speakers at the event include:

• Jan Parys PhD, Former minister of national defense of Poland
• Przemysław Żurawski vel Grajewski PhD, political scientist, professor at the University of Łódz.
• Robert Pszczel, Senior fellow at the Casimir Pulaski Foundation, former Polish diplomat and NATO official & headed the NATO information office in Moscow
• Maciej Olchawa PhD, a Kosciuszko Foundation Scholar at Loyola University Chicago

The event will take place on Wednesday 17 April @ 14:00 in room SPINELLI 5E2 in the European Parliament.
