Tuesday 28 November 2023 @ 12:30 - 15:00 CET
On Tuesday, ECR MEP Anna Fotyga, together with David Lega (EPP MEP) and Viola von Cramon (Greens/EFA MEP) will host an immersive exhibition that gives people the opportunity to experience the conditions that Ukrainian people live under during Russia's invasion of their country.
Participants are invited to attend the immersive exhibition titled ’ Living in war’.
“Living the War”, a unique bank of content in 360° photo and virtual reality (VR) video format, was created by filmmakers and documentarians. Capturing both horrific and inspiring stories, their VR cameras continue to record hundreds of landmark events throughout the war.
The events that they have captured include, the liberated Bucha, the genocide in Izium, the survival of civilians in Bakhmut, and the exploits of rescuers, medics and power plant engineers.
This experience opens the door to Ukraine for the audience so that they can see the true reality of the war with their own eyes.
The exhibition will take place in room SPINELLI 3G2 from 12:30 - 15:00
The exhibition will be opened by Mr Dmytro Kuleba, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, and followed by a high-level conference “Justice and Accountability for Russia’s War Against Ukraine. Recommendations and the Way Forward”, in the same room, SPINELLI 3G2.
More details on the conference can be found here.
