On Tuesday, ECR MEP Bert-Jan Ruissen will host a conference focusing on the future of Christians in Syria.

​The conference is co-organised with Syriac Cross Belgium, European Centre for Law and Justice (ECLJ), Jubilee Campaign, Sallux ECPP Foundation and European Syriac Union (ESU).

Speakers include H.E. Mairead McGuinness, EU Special Envoy for the Promotion of Freedom of Religion or Belief (FoRB), Hon. Nadine Maenza, Co-Chair of International Religious Freedom (IRF) Roundtable in Washington DC, as well as representatives from Christian communities in Syria.
